An exceptional family home, the Berrington immediately caught our eye when we were looking to upsize as our family grew. Already living within Shinfield Meadows, we loved the area and fantastic blend of a rural setting with all the amenities you need and an excellent Nursery and local Schools. The area has been the perfect setting to welcome three children over the last five years, and the Berrington has provided a large and well designed home with vast storage space as our family continued to grow in size. Now needing to relocate to be closer to family, we leave Shinfield Meadows reluctantly and wish we could pick our home up and take it with us - a fantastic property, with multiple upgrades, holding an enviable position within a lovely area. We know the next owners are going to love it!

The Berrington is one of our favourite designs by Bloor and the last two we have sold did not hang around long either. With such a spacious layout and four bedrooms, all fitting doubles in this really is a large family home. Within a short walk or drive you have plenty of amenities including Dobbies Garden Centre which has a Waitrose Local, along with a great butchers and within Shinfield Village you have Co-Op a few popular pubs, a post office and the very popular Robyn's Nest cafè, which we love.
